Flush Doors

Swadesh flush Doors are a wide range of elegant doors made by a mechanized manufacturing process which offers uniform thickness without any undulation. They provide all the key functions of a top quality door including security, protection from weather, privacy and status value which comes with their good look. Flush Doors are manufactured from specially selected & well seasoned pine/hardwood timber. Solid block beard core is framed with seasoned pine/hard wood battens in kiln seasoned stiles & rails and strengthened by a layer of Cross-brands. Gurjan face veneers encompass both sides of the core. All these are bonded high pressure and temperature, with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin as per IS:848 and permanent type preservatives, under the cross-bonding process.

Uniform thickness and smooth for lamination.
No warping, bending, bulging, shrinkage, brittleness and cracks.
Sufficient strength in both horizontally and vertically to prevent sagging and deformation under load or impact on slamming as well as resistance to normal knocks and blows.
Dimensional accuracy and stability in varying humidity.
Adequate provision for fixing the lock and screwing the hinges.
High screw holding capacity.
Totally resistant to termite and borers.
Available in BWP & MR grades both Decorative & Nondecorative type.
Thickness : 25mm, 30mm, 32mm, 35mm
